How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All transactions on the website use industry best-practice encryption and security including SSL/TLS. We do not store cardholder data for longer than is necessary to process the payment through our payment gateway, and these details are never stored in our database at any time. Your Healthy Aging Coach staff, contractors and developers have no access at any time, under any circumstances to any card data entered into the website.

Storage and Processing

All the information we hold about you will be processed and stored within New Zealand in accordance with data protection laws which include but are not limited to the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand), the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) (once in force) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

 

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is secure and that we meet the requirements prescribed by the Privacy Act (New Zealand).  We also take reasonable steps to ensure any third party data processors meet privacy and security obligations by checking that the relevant party has appropriate privacy policies in place.

We do not collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
